Got these in the mail yesterday and have gone through both! Very nice job Andrew. As someone who has never competed, it is a bit intimidating to know where to start. You did a great job breaking it down a typical routine, yet gave solid pointers on putting together an atypical routine. Well done! Is volume 2 like the same as volume 1 but in DVD form? | |
